Netplus online payments are live. Use the Paynow link on your current invoice or statement to pay the amount due securely. Netplus covers Paynow transaction fees.

Paying an invoice or statement

1. Open the invoice or current statement sent by Netplus. Select the payment link for the invoice you are settling. A statement may have a separate link for each outstanding item.
2. Review the reference and USD amount on Paynow, choose an available method and complete payment.
3. Keep your Paynow confirmation. The ERP records payment only after verification. A fully paid subscription authorises renewal for the invoiced period under the account’s existing rules.

Subscription billing and renewal

Invoices are scheduled for email 10 days before your agreed renewal date, following the required approval. Pay before renewal to avoid service interruption. Your existing dates and agreed plan continue to apply. Partial payments and proof of payment alone do not trigger renewal.

New GPS Essential orders

Order GPS Essential for US$99 per vehicle, including 15.5% VAT. The package includes a 4G tracker, professional installation, first-year platform access and prepaid data SIM. The first 12 months start on installation/activation. Annual renewal is quoted separately before expiry.

After verified full payment, your order’s branded payment confirmation is available to download or share, and is emailed to you. Bring it when coming for installation and quote your order reference. Contact Netplus to confirm installation arrangements.
